Bridge House Nurseries & Tearoom, Dunwich
Bridge House Plant Nursery and Garden Tearoom is situated in a tranquil setting, tucked away in a secluded corner of historic Dunwich on the beautiful Suffolk coast.
The Nursery
The sheltered south-facing terrace provides a haven protected from most winds and a sun trap to sit and relax. You can sit on the sunny terrace or amongst the plants and flowers and enjoy morning coffee, lunch or a best selling, delicious cream tea – surrounded by butterflies, birds and bees feasting on the herbs and wild flowers in our fragrant borders.
Take a stroll around our garden nursery with views of the church and surrounding countryside. We have an extensive range of perennials and a wide range of seasonal plants to suit all tastes.
Note: We no longer supply the full range of Fisk’s Clematis, but do have a wide range of clematis including the popular Wesselton and Alice Fisk
The Tearoom
We pride ourselves on high quality food and friendly service, our cakes and scones are freshly baked on the premises and all our food is freshly prepared to order, using locally sourced produce where possible.
We challenge you to find a better cream tea in the area!
The Farm Shop
In the Farm Shop you will find a range of local chutneys, jams, preserves and marinades and local handicrafts plus cards for all occasions.
